We consider our customers problem as if it would be our own. This means we try to put ourselves into our customers position and we are highly involved in the management of the project. Project management means the planning, monitoring and control of all project aspects to achieve the objectives on time and to the specified cost, quality and performance.

In general projects are phased in the following way:  

  • Definition phase: This phase includes a personal interview in which the customer can describe his demands. We will write down these demands in a technical specification.

  • Design phase: In this phase, the concept design is made. The design will be visualised by 3D CAD models and will be discussed with the customer on a regular basis.
    •   
  • Documentation phase: In this phase, all detailed drawings are made. The output of this phase is a technical product documentation with which all parts can be purchased and manufactured.
    •   
  • Realisation phase: This phase involves manufacturing, assembly and testing of the equipment or the instrument.
